Salisbury NHS offers many services to the tri-county area that help to facilitate homeownership. Opportunities include homebuyer education workshops, budget and credit counseling, foreclosure counseling, downpayment and closing cost grants/loans and rehab loans. Because of COVID-19 we also have grant funding for a rental assistance program.
